Horacio Ariel Sterman

Law degree in 1963, at the National University of Buenos Aires, with honors, at 19 years old. Spent over 15 years in the legal and financial in real estate.
I started commercial  in 1976 activities related to specifically license Christian Dior brand in South America for 25 years, in Buenos Aires, Monte Video, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo, Asuncion, Paraguay, and especially in Paris – France.

In the last 10 years moved to Costa Rica, for family reasons and develop the real estate company Natural Properties. This Real Estate Company specializing in the category of hotels, beach front lots or apartments near the sea and excellent quality and location, estates.

We have an organization that provides all necessary services and assurances from the standpoint of legal and commercial, for those who want to invest in our area of influence.

Likewise, and according to the present reality of our market opportunities we have exceptional properties in good locations, ocean view or beach front, with prices that give serious expectations of high rates of return and recovery for the next 2 years.

Eddier Lopez

Graduated in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Costa Rica in 2002. Work in institutions such as the ICE and the Hotel Tamarindo Diria in this branch, before venturing to the real estate market.

For the year 2005 started with Horacio Sterman in Natural Properties Real Estate specializes in selling category hotels, beach front lots or apartments near the sea and of excellent quality and location. ” Over the years we have closed a successful business where our customers are satisfied”.

For the past two years Tamarindo, due to the global economic crisis, has experienced a decline in that sector, but now the real estate market has shown an upturn, so we advise any investor interested in this area is the best time to invest because prices have had a 40% discount compared to market cap, and we have quality properties at good prices.

Julio Berrocal

Tourism graduate with 16 years of experience, that makes him  fully aware of the Guanacaste area, and obviously the main tourism destination of Costa Rica.

San Jose native, living in Tamarindo for 10 years, I have been working for 6 years in Real Estate  with Natural Properties. I have successfully closed several businesses in real estate land for development in both neighboring beaches like Tamarindo and completed properties ready to be habited.
